A comparison of the State reform and FDI policies in China and the Latin American countries after the end of the Cold War 1991-2001

State reforms during the nineties implied a change in the role of the state for emerging countries. The movement of capital in search of new markets meant an opportunity for development and international insertion for these countries, however the differences between the Chinese and Latin American models show us that the policies for FDI will be key to achieve the new international system that I mean. economic globalization.
